The Amazon site stated this would not work on my 2020, but after consulting with the Undercover folks, it did.Installation was not difficult. I am not very handy and I did it by myself in about an hour.The main installation instructions are generic and very different from a Tacoma install. The do include a supplemental sheet for installation on a Tacoma. However, the instructions must be outdated, as they were different from what I actually had to do. I got the idea though.Just as a side story, I did not want to drill holes for the enclosed drain tubes (3 1/2" I believe). I instead bought 1/2" plastic tubing and adapters so that I could drain via the existing holes in truck bed. We shall see how that works once the snow and rain put it to the test.

This cover was very easy to install on my 2016 Toyota Tacoma short bed (5ft). It appears to be of solid construction and should last me many years. The only gripe I have is that I am no longer able to use the Tie down cleats on my Tacoma because the tonneau cover uses the "in bed track system" for the installation. So if yo have a 2016-2017 Tacoma, you will not be able to use your Tie down cleats that come with your truck. The cover also came with a Truck Luggage Saddlebag & Dual Rail Bed Lighting System. FYI, you will have to install the saddle bag mount at the same time you are installing one of the tonneau side rails.

I love my truck cover! My husband said it was easy to install. I am a Mom of two and It’s very easy for me to use. It fits my 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD. It is water resistant, not water proof. After doing a lot of research that is the same for all of the bed covers. None of them will ever be 100% water proof. it was frustrating that we was sent the wrong version the first time. However it was fixed within two days!! They scheduled the pick up for the wrong one and the right was sent quickly!

I installed an UnderCover Flex on my 2011 Tacoma 3 years ago. After several months the foam seal that sits between the bed cap and the aluminum rails came off. UnderCover did send me a new cover under warranty repair, so props to UnderCover for that. The second cover and rails experienced the same isssue. I emailed UnderCover with a way to resolve the problem only to get the typical customer service response. I wouldn't recommend this cover for a Tacoma unless they change the mounting and seal design. The flex is a good product for other trucks. I inspected a friends F150 with an undercover Flex and it sealed great. Hopefully they can resolve the issue for the Tacos.****Update**** 4/2019 - After having Undercover replace the cover under the warranty the locking bar has fallen off and the cover never latches anymore . It seems to have gotten heavier like its absorbing water, but I cannot confirm that. I did recently look at the Bakflip MX4 and it was far superior in build quality and engineering overall. Don't waste your money with this product. Lowered to 1 star.

Great cover. Love undercover's products. This is my third one. They install easily and keep bed and items relativity dry.It fills back out of the way of you need more of the cargo area.I ordered a Amazon open box item and saved some money. They lied. It was not just a damaged box. It was a previously installed item AND parts were missing. With that said, I called undercover, they validate my serial number and sent the parts I needed. Customer service at undercover were extremely nice, professional, and were easy to understand.

There isn't a good seal and it leaks bad when it rains. Going back and forth with their customer service and they keep sending me replacement rails that don't seal. Now I'm past the return window so I'm stuck with this $1000 cover that leaks. Very unsatisfied.

What I liked most is that the top is hard yet foldable with ease and the fact that it is hooked directly to the bed of my Tacoma! Drove 1600 miles after the installation, spending one full day in the rain. Suitcases were bone dry even though I wrapped them in plastic bags to be safe! Very pleased with the hard top, once the tailgate was locked, I felt quite secure leaving valuables in the bed of my truck!

This is my 3rd Undercover Flex and it is perfect. I love the new dual action tailgate seal feature. These covers not only look great, they provide awesome protection and hold up amazing. Thank you!
