I have had the other one for a couple of years and it is still working strong. I bought a different controller that was slightly used, and it quickly burned out. Once the return was complete I ordered this one. It was hooked up quickly and easily and has been working smoothly ever since. These controllers can carry a big load which is nice, with minimal setup. I bought two because I have two twenty four voltt arrays and it was cheaper to do this than bump everything up to 48 volt. I had gotten a few negative feedbacks feom other users but I didn't think it had anything to do with the product. Sometimes the product doesn't get installed right. No complaints do far.
