Purchased the rainbow of colors. It adds a fun element to computer work. My first thought was 'what a flimsy piece of junk and waste of money' . I definitely thought the price should have been more like $1.- $2.99 at the highest.But, the product fits perfect on my Acer R-11 Chromebook. Installation was basically - lay it on.Does not feel funny or interfere with typing/use of keyboard.Offers piece of mind for all the crumbs and possible splash/spills that I have something in place attempting to add a protective layer.In my line of work my hands are often still somewhat oily as I check out customers and on prior laptops some of the letters/numbers would mysteriously go away. I purchased this as a preventative for that, the rest is a bonus.Giving it a 5-star for now, very good product idea and we'll see how it holds up.

Tried out one of these on my work's ancient MacBook Pros (15" & 17" 2009 models ) and liked them so much that I decided to slap one on on my work's new Acer Chromebook R13. The fit is very nice, and it doesn't add to resistance when typing by any noticeable amount.As anyone who works in IT can attest, when used keyboards/laptops come back to IT for various reasons, you can quickly tell when one was used for a while by a woman. The special creams/lotions they use on their hands seem to love eating plastic. I've had keyboard come back where some of the black keys were completely clear/translucent on top. Would be great if we could offer these to staff...While the cover doesn't 'seal' against the chassis (it lays on top, with a somewhat 'static' like cling), it can help minimize liquid damage if the keyboard/laptop is tilted promptly after an oops. Plus you can easily take it off and rinse the top off under water, just make sure the bottom isn't all wet before you put it back on :)Overall, this is a great product for the price if you like your keyboards clean.

It doesn't stick, won't stay on. I would love to be able to say I followed the directions but it didn't have any. It does fit the R 13 chrome book but it falls off if you move it. One star for being made of silicone and one star for it being the right shape. Minus three stars for the fact that air from my desk fan removes it. Maybe I screwed up, but I think not. Ok, nope and nope I did screw up. It is very important that both surfaces be completely clean of dust and finger oil so after cleaning with alcohol and carefully cleaning the channel around the key board I put it back on with the silicone carefully pushed around the keys and the inner channel of the keyboard. After cleaning both the keyboard protector and the keyboard it stays on just fine.

I am currently typing with this on my keyboard. After having a near fatal accident where my dog nudged my arm and send hot cider all over the place, including my laptop, I decided I needed to protect my precious laptop from future mishaps. I bought this one because I liked the colors and it was compatable with my Acer R11 Chromebook. I LOVE THIS THING. I get complements on it in class, and I love the feel of the keys and how grippy, yet soft it is. My dog struck again with the ol' head nudge sending coffee everywhere, and mercifully the keys were protected. One simple rinse and pat dry later, the cover was back on the keys. I feel like my laptop looks weird without it now. If you are very clumsy or have a needy attention-hogging pet (both cases for me) get this for your laptop.I've had mine for well over a year now and can confidently say that it has survived countless essays, internet searching, and other typing abuses and the keys have yet to fade. I am so happy with this purchase!

I loove this cover. Despite it taking awhile to arrive. It fits perfectly and I can type in style! Very satisfied and would recommend. I see a lot of comments on them not fitting. If you don't compare your keyboard to this don't expect it to fit.

I love love this keyboard cover, and I get tons of compliments on it! Everyone always says the colors are super vibrant and they're right. You can't beat it for the price. It's a little bit of work to clean, since I'm the kind of person who eats over my laptop, but it's saved me a couple of times when I spilled a bit of my drink. Only issue is the spacebar fit--it dimples a little bit, but it's barely noticeable and doesn't bother me at all. The picture is after about 6 months of almost daily use, so I'd say it's durable.

Opaque and makes it feel like soft keys. It dampens the noise of me typing, which is great for night time typing. I have a Chromebook 14 and this is a very specific set up and it fits perfectly. The cover fits snugly so no dust or debris will get on my keys anymore. I wouldn't say this is waterproof but it definitely will be a barrier for water rather than nothing at all. There isn't adhesive but I've turned my laptop upside down and it hasn't fallen off. I'm an intermittent typer/social typer, I don't write papers or do any intensive typing, so I'll use it for a couple more weeks and update on the color wear and tear.

This keyboard cover is the thing I never knew I needed! It fits my laptop perfectly! It does not need any glue since it fits so well and snug. The silicone makes it stay in place. It does not feel "cheap". I know you are going to love it. It comes in different colors and the price was very good! I am amazed how well it works. Who knew?? Very well made! If you spill something, you can just wash it off with a damp cloth. Great protection. Thank you.
