Very much needed for killing germs and parasites crawling on floor. No need of disinfectant as the steam does most of the job. Heat level is good. Light weight easy to handle. Steam starts coming under 30 seconds which is fast. I mainly bought it for floor and surface disinfection. But as it has multiple nozzles itvcan be used for cleaning kitchen and washroom too. My only concern is two mop pads are provided which are good in quality, but they're not selling the mop pads seperately.
