I bought this blouse to save me big time. However, I only ended up getting embarrased in a gathering. The hooks keep falling apart. Material not great. Loose fitting on the shoulders and arms. Not a good choice whatsoever and I am returning it. !!

I got this blouse in navy blue and when I received it (very quickly and efficiently, by the way) the first thing I noticed was the quality. This blouse is not thin and cheap, it’s stitched well and looks lovely. The puff sleeve design is really cute. The back is a bit see through, but I like that. However, I was disappointed that even though I ordered size large (I’m usually a medium or 36), it was still a bit tight around the sleeves. I exchanged the large for an extra large and the replacement came immediately. I’m pleased and plan on buying the other colors too. I deducted a star only because the sizing is weird and not at all accurate. Definitely size up when buying.

It’s beautiful and flattering, and pure cotton; however, as seen in the video, the blouse does NOT stay closed. The hooks are too small for the eyes, so they constantly separate and detach from each other, causing the blouse to open every few seconds if the person wearing it moves at all. The hooks and eyes are so loose that even connecting all of them is extremely frustrating because they constantly detach and fall open again. It is a shock that such a major design flaw would occur in this type of item, because it is made in India, where there is a long-established industry standard of using hooks and eyes to clasp closed most choli blouses in women’s clothing, and they do stay closed. Unfortunately, this specific one was opens as soon as the person wearing it lifts the arms or bends or moves in any way— making it impossible to wear this blouse to any social event, work, at home, etc. The only way it would stay closed is if the front was reinforced with a row of safety pins, which visually ruins the appearance of the blouse.

The blouse quality is good and fitting is perfect.

It's a cute blouse but the tailoring is off. The one labeled "44" (xxl) fits more like a medium at the breast area. Had to return.
