These sunglasses are excellent value for your money.The lenses are definitely Polarized. A simple test prices that. I cannot check for UV protection at home. The description says a UV coating has been added to the lens.The shade is a darker colour of black which provides more cooling colours during bright sunshine, but may be too dark if you come inside.There are 2 drawbacks with this product. One is the mismatch in the promised contents and what was delivered.The actual contents are the sunglasses, a cleaning cloth and a sunglasses case only.The items: Sunglasses bag and the sunglasses screwdriver are NOT provided with the package even though they are mentioned in the description.Secondly, the glare reflected into the eyes from the sunglasses is very bright. This happens when the sun is behind you. At that point, it's better to not wear sunglasses rather than this pair.

Overall good in this price segment but looks a bit bigger for my face im a 20 yr old adult male .
