These are perfect for keeping reels and bobbins together. Just a note tho - the long end goes into the bobbin, the short end into the reel. I wonder if that's why several buyers said the bobbin kept falling off, as you would automatically use them the other way round.

Does exactly what it should. The only thing to watch is that you need to check which way round to use them. Slightly counter-intuitively, the long end goes in the bobbin and the short end in the reel.

These are pretty useless unless you only use Gutermann threads. They won't fit any of the YLI , Aurifil, or any other quality quilting thread spools, nor even the little fat spools of Madeira rayon embroidery threads, considering these are the threads wanted them for - they are a complete waste of money.

If you get them for less than £1.60 then they are ok value. They are basic, could do with different colours and so on

They don't fit all cotton reels but work well with Gutermann threads. They do make the whole thing a bit bulky though which made it awkward to store. Otherwise works well.

Bit disappointed. This product works fine with some plastic bobbins, eg Guterman. But I found them less successful on thread carriers which are tubular. I'm not impressed but then again I don't hate the product.

So much more useful than I even imagined.
