Having previously tested a similar lock that relied on adhesive glue, my primary concern was durability. However, this product addresses those issues commendably. The incorporation of double-sided tape, is welcome. It adequately secures against most attempts by pets to open it further.Overall, I'm genuinely satisfied with the enhancements made in this product. The shift to double-sided tape brings a considerable improvement, and the lock's solidity and functionality leave me with no complaints. This upgrade has left me quite pleased with the overall performance and security it provides.

These are a genius idea and very simple to use and install and execute. I bought these to stop a young kitten escaping out of the windows in the house whilst he was too little to start going outside. This enabled us to open the windows to get a bit of air and breeze through without the little monster escaping. These worked really really well and have stuck firmly since being put on. I followed the instructions and cleaned the surface thoroughly first with an antiseptic wipe, then dried it well. I fiddled about and experimented with it on my window by just holding it in position first, without sticking it on, and tried in different locations on the window frame etc. I then got the kitten on the window sill and experimented with him there to ensure he couldn’t squeeze his way out at all. He can put his head out to get some fresh air but its not a big enough gap to allow his shoulders and body to get through. I’m glad I did this trialing/experiment/measuring up first because once the stickers are stuck down, there’s no second chances or repositioning. They’re there and they’ll stay stuck. Excellent sticking power. For £9.99 these resolved a problem for us. I got the white one to match the colour of the inside of our UPVC windows. I fitted one on a normal opening bedroom window, and another to fit on a bathroom window which opened from the bottom and opened outwards on a top hinged window. These fit both types of window which was really useful. I really rate these highly. So easy to fix and install. Easy enough to remove if you need to in the future. Barely noticeable if you buy a colour that matches your window frame. Slightly adjustable so we’ll be able to open the window crack slightly more as the kitten gets bigger. Great item. Highly recommended.

Bought a pack of 2 to start with the chain can be adjusted to different gap sizes. Easy to fit self-adhesive although I screwed mine on for extra peace of mind. Work perfectly can have the Windows open without worrying the cats will escape. A good buy very happy with mine will be buying more. Kitty cat proof 😺

Did everything that was needed to be done or cleaned surface etc let it dry and stuck them on window and they fell off within less than an hour so now need to buy extra strong super glue to get them to stay on my windows
