Personally, it isn't that important to me that it taste exactly peanut butter, as I don't eat peanut butter. What I appreciate about The Amazing Chickpea is its balance of nuttiness, saltiness, and sweetness (without tons of sodium or sugar. And no cholesterol!) It is definitely not overwhelmingly chickpea-flavored. The creamy version is extremely smooth and spreadable. Honestly, I eat it right out of the jar.Also, there was a slight mistake in an order I made, and their customer service rectified it right away. So very nice to have responsive, thoughtful customer service.
