Blender is worth it!
I bought this as a gift and my daughter loves it! The Retro blender is sleek, easy to use, blends perfectly. It is a little more expensive but completely worth it.

It’s definitely not worth the money.”
If you’re thinking about buying this product, don’t waste your precious time or money. I bought it and used it normally, and honestly, it can’t even blend a simple avocado smoothie properly. Now it has completely stopped working, and to make matters worse, I can’t even return or exchange it. A complete waste of money. I definitely do not recommend it

Good but not for more solid sauces
Amazing for soups and smoothies but not for things that aren’t very liquidy such as pesto.

Food residue and water in lid
I purchased the SMEG Retro Countertop Blender in cream and visually it is absolutely beautiful — it looks stunning on the counter and blends very well. The motor performance itself is excellent. However, after only light use and careful hand washing (not placed in the dishwasher), I noticed that water and small debris entered the internal cavity of the clear measuring cap/lid. The lid appears to be a double-layered plastic design, and once water gets inside, it cannot be accessed or cleaned. For a premium appliance at this price point, this is disappointing from a hygiene perspective. The blender body functions perfectly, but the lid design allows moisture ingress during normal washing. If SMEG improves the lid sealing, this would be a 5-star product. As it stands, buyers should be aware of this potential issue.

No sirve para moler ni jitomate
Las aspas no tienen filo, no se puede moler ni una salsa de jitomate. El botón rojo de encendido siempre esta parpadeando

Excellent quality
Completes my set of toaster, coffee maker, and now the blender. Pricey but the quality is worth it. Firm believer in you get what you pay for and this is a good example. Smeg is not only durable but looks very stylish on my counter
