Very nice bag came with protective bubble inside to keep its shape a little smaller than I thought but still beautiful bag I have used it all ready and had some nice comments said so I love it if you are trendy and like bags go for it thank you.

No key or handle strap enclosed, so not as advertised in picture, so there’s no way to actually open the bag. The pouch inside is a cheap material and very small zip. This is not leather and looks very cheap.I’ve requested a refund, what’s really annoying is I’ve also ordered a cream one and if that one doesn’t come with a key I’ll have to send that one back too.

The media could not be loaded. I am over the moon with this bag! The quality is great and is comfortable to carry. It also comes with a little zipped bag to store your belongings safely inside and a lovely little twilly. Delivery takes a while but it's worth the wait. I've now bought it in all of the colours and waiting for them to arrive!!

Not leather but looks good. Came with a small fabric pouch which is smaller than the inside. Also came with a bubble plastic pillow to put inside to maintain shape. There is no key for the padlock, but the padlock does not lock completely. I liked the mini scarf that came with it, I wrapped one of the handles with it. I did not like the hanging bit where the key was supposed to be so I took it off. Feels nice to touch. One annoying thing is that the small square metal loops keep twisting and don’t stay square. Overall a nice bag and the color is neutral.

I haven't treated myself to anything in a really long time and for the price, it is such good quality. I have to visit hospital regularly so this will be a great bag to have my essentials in. Apologies for the rubbish video! I'll try and make a better one.

I love it ... Small petite and beautiful !!!! Some people are making comments , about the quality ... if there are thinking you can buy a leather bag for £15 , they are totally delusion ... This bag total deserve 10 out of 10!!!!!! By the way for those couldn't find the keys it's hanging on the bag !!!!!

Absolutely awful waste of money! Do not buy, looks nothing like picture, arrived with creases and looks like it’s worth about £2. the lock doesn’t open!!! So there’s no way to actually access the bag. The pouch inside is a cheap zip look type bag, not as displayed in picture. I’m so doubtful I’ll get my refund (based on previous reviews) so it’s going in the bin :-( what an absolute WASTE OF MONEY!!!

This bag is different at any other bag I owned. I wouldn't were it in very busy places as it is open topped. I thought the colour would be more pink but it's neutral. The bag is on the small side for me but I don't mind that.At first I was undecided about it but on second look I decided that it is actually really sweet. Just be careful where you wear it.
