Steamer box could be bigger
Works well. I steam vegetables and chicken together. It takes 25-30 mins first on high for 15-20 mins then low for rest.. the steaming box is small at this price. It will be sufficient for one for a moderate meal

Worst product and worst Amazon services.
Received damaged product requested for replacement and it's been more that 5 days no one came to pick. I can't see any movement in status, it says return pickup is scheduled on 12th August, today is 14th. Getting lot of disappointment from Amazon. It's time to move to some other marketplace.

Product stopped working within one month of purchase and support is not responding. After sales service is non existent. Avoid buying any Glen products.
