Personalmente ho provato argan, olio di cocco, burro di karité, ma sono i semi di lino che mi hanno risolto il problema dei capelli crespi e aridi. Nient'altro ha mai reso i miei capelli lucenti, setosi e pettinabili come quando uso balsamo e maschera ai semi di lino, e questa maschera dei Provenzali è davvero eccellente (basta guardare l'inci, qui l'olio di semi di lino c'è davvero, e alle prime posizioni).La usavo già una decina di anni fa, l'avevo abbandonata per via della mia pigrizia, mettere una maschera bio dopo shampoo e balsamo vuol dire avere la pazienza di aspettare almeno 5/6 minuti (o anche di più per un trattamento intensivo) se si vuole avere la certezza che i componenti idratanti e nutritivi vengano assorbiti dai capelli. Per cui avevo ceduto al fascino dei siliconi, tieni un balsamo o una maschera anche solo per 30 secondi (qualcuno anche meno), sciacqui e via, i capelli hanno un aspetto lucido e bello senza sforzi. Peccato che dopo qualche anno i miei capelli sono diventati paglia, e non c'era più nessun silicone a dargli un aspetto decente.Ho voluto riprovare questa maschera, ne avevo ancora un po' a casa, e sono rimasta stupita, perché anche dopo una sola volta sembrava aver cancellato anni di dannosi siliconi ai miei capelli.Ecco diciamo che l'odore non è dei più buoni, almeno per me. Non si può dire che sia sgradevole, ma i semi di lino hanno quell'odore un po' erbaceo e leggermente acidulo che non mi fa impazzire, per cui dopo averla stesa bene su tutti i capelli, dalle radici alle punte e lasciata in posa almeno 6/8 minuti, ci metto sopra un po' di un'altra maschera (sempre bio) che per me ha un profumo gradevole, giusto un minutino e poi risciacquo tutto. Ma se a qualcuno dovesse non dispiacere il profumo dei semi di lino, ecco è questa che fa davvero la magia, e trasforma un disastro di capelli che sembrano fil di ferro in una chioma davvero bella lucente e sana.Dopo tanti anni ho ricominciato a portare i capelli sciolti. Ne ho fatta una piccola scorta perché non sempre si trova.
