Excellent cooler!
I was concerned about some of the initial reviews, but I tested myself and can't complain. I put 7 (10 lbs) bags of ice into the cooler, with 9 cans of Coke on top. People say you are supposed to pre-chill the cooler, I didn't. I literally pulled it out of the box and put ice and cans in. The images start at the Day 3 and go to Day 7. I always let the water out of each day until Day 6 I stopped. Cooler was in the garage right next to the garage door, weather over the course of time was 75 during the day and 60 at night. I have seen similar tests to this on YouTube, and in my opinion I can't see how this wouldn't compete against the premium name brands.I would absolutely recommend this cooler to anyone. I will be using it to age my deer meat for the season, but would definitely be a great cooler for road trips or camping. Admittedly it was big and heavier than I imagined it to be, but definitely performed as well as I hoped.

It's big, it's well built, and it works!
I've been getting into Texas BBQ and been bragging to my brother in Canada. And he has been begging me to show him. So I decided to bring my own meat since briskets are hard to find and other meats usually way more expensive in Canada. I buy mine in bulk and I had already everything I needed, thus needing a big cooler! We bought this Driftsun 110Qt cooler by default. The Yeti I wanted was back order. The other brands I knew were back order as well. And my trip was approaching quickly and I needed a cooler! My wife did some research and found the Driftsun so we ordered it.I pre-cooled the Driftsun by bringing it into the house 2 days before the trip. The night before, I put two bags of ice in the cooler. The morning of the trip, I moved the cooler into the truck and started packing:1 frozen 15 lbs full packer brisket1 unfrozen 14 lbs full packer brisket2 frozen beef tenderloins8 frozen short beef ribs (you know the brontosaurus looking kind!)4 frozen pork rib slabs4 packs of frozen wingsI added ice as I was packing and topped it off with more ice. I didn't count how many bags. I think overall I added 6 or 7 10lbs bags. I also placed 3 temp probes to monitor the temperature. Then I closed the lid, never to reopen until I reached destination.During the trip, the temperature on the 3 probes stayed steady at 28, 29 and 31 degrees. I left at 9am Saturday, arrived at 23:00 Sunday, left the cooler in the vehicle overnight when I arrived. We opened the cooler on Monday around noon. So so roughly 50 hours after I left. When we opened the lid this is what I found. The top ice was still covering the meat. It had seized into more of a block of ice. We literally had to take a hammer to chisel at it. Needless to say that everything was still frozen solid. And I had to use the hammer to keep chiseling and prying the meat out. Not an once of water in the cooler. And remember the unfrozen 14lbs brisket? Well, it froze!!! Came out frozen just like I took it out of my deep freezer. After it was emptied, I left all the ice in the cooler and kept the cooler in my vehicle. On Tuesday I looked inside; there was still no water in the cooler. On Wednesday morning I started to hear some water as I drove around. Not much. On Thursday evening I opened the cooler. It was still loaded with plenty of ice but with lots of water as well. If there were still food in there, it would be totally safe. Today is Friday, I have not looked but I expect more of the ice to be gone. The cooler will be useful on the trip back as well. It will be loaded Canadian favorites!I hope this review will help some make their decision...

Worth the price!
This cooler is heavy duty w/ great options, such as the latches, corner metal lock tabs/bottle opener, non-skid footpads, & you can stand on the lid w/out it collapsing! Most importantly it keeps everything cold just as good as the more expensive competition. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

It really works!
We took this camping in 90-100 degree heat and it was in the direct sun for the first half of the day. We camped for 14 days and only needed to get ice 3 times! The original ice that we had put in it was still in there (most of it had melted). But we did have meat (pre-cooked) in there and wanted to be sure it wouldn't go bad. If there was no meat in the cooler we probably would only have got ice once.It is very heavy and definitely needs two people to carry it. It would be nice to have it on wheels somehow so one person can tow it. They would have to be some heavy duty wheels to accommodate they weight.

Great cooler, but one of the latches broke almost immediately
I’m writing this in hopes I can get ahold of the company to help me with this. I can’t seem to find a way to message them directly. The cooler itself is great. The color is great (I got the seafoam green one. Keeps ice forever compared to crappy coolers. Love the extra features not even available on a Yeti like the little button that releases the vacuum. This cooler seals VERY tight and can build a vacuum. If it’s tough to open, push the button on the front to release it. Also do this when draining it or open the lid or it won’t drain. However, I had some friends over one day about a month after purchasing and had a bunch of drinks in it. I came back and one of the latches was completely snapped in half. :( :( :( I’m still able to close it by finangling the latch together, luckily it broken in a way that both halves of the latch are still attached and it’s usable. I don’t know what my friend did to it, but for this price, they shouldn’t have been able to break the latch just by trying to close the cooler. Really disappointed. One thing to note is that this size (the 110 quart) is very large and heavy. I can move it while empty, but my GF cannot. If I tried to lift it when full I would seriously be risking injury so it pretty much requires two people to move it when it’s full. However you’ve got a ton of room in there, way more than one person would need anyway. The handles are very strong and comfortable to grip so moving it around is only a minor hassle. The cooler is awesome but be careful with build quality issues. I’m hoping the company reaches out with a solution to the broken latch and I’ll change my review to 5 stars.
