This arrived a little battered, having been squashed into plastic bag type packaging, but was undamaged. On first inspection, the spinner looked good quality and substantial, but I have doubts as to whether it would withstand outdoor weather.My main reaosn for the low score is that the 'mackerel spinner' link does not do what I preumed it would do: act as a free-running pivot so that the spinner could rotate in the draughts. It is a fixed joint - no, I had to resort to unsightly string and suspend by a simple noose in order to allow the item to revolve. What a disappointment! Being fairly weighty, reasonable and visitble string had to be used, which destroyed the illusion a bit.The ball does store up solar enerby and changes colour once night falls, but it does not hoild much charge, despite being positioned in very strong, uninterrrupted sunllight.Overall, I am definitely underwhelmed. Good design, if it actually turned on its own, but I would sugget that you think twice before purchasing, as it may have a good atrong hook at the top, but you need to make your own hanging arrangement.

Ordered 2 of these for outside my caravan and I wasn't disappointed and when my aunt saw them she got me to order 2 for her I think they r great value for money I would definitely recommend  arrived early as well thank u seller
