GRANDAUGHTER LOVED IT !!
soft and fuzzy for my unicorn lover. She loved the lock idea and immediately started writing and drawing in it. Wouldn't tell us nor show us, of course, since it's private. That's the best part. Did need to switch out the lock to a more substantial one, but overall the fav of her bday presents.

Cute, but has issues.
I purchased this for my 6 year daughter. She loves the journal. My only complaints would be the pen and lock. While the pen is adorable it does not work, only some of the colors work. The lock does not always work. Sometimes the key gets twisted and stuck in the lock. I am concerned that the key is going to break and get stuck in the lock. The pencil case and coin purse are cute. Some of the “fur” comes off the items. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. I just wish the pen worked and that the lock worked better.
