These were a perfect fit for my tactical vest and added just enough padding; not too much to be bulky, or too little to not provide any relief.

They cushion your shoulders.Could be more adjustable. Kinda loose, but they do the job.

Fit on my plate carrier with no hassle and matches. Super comfortable and has webbing retainers so you can get those annoying antennas out of the way during movements.

My kit use to dig into my shoulders making it uncomfortable to wear, but with these pads they make a difference specially when you have to have the kit on all day definitely great purchase.

They didn't have enough padding to make a difference would have sent them back but forgot about it.

Truly amazing for the price. I use them with my combat diving BCD and it's more than enough to make the load comfortable on my shoulders. I'm a bigger man, 6'2 270 pounds, so there is a lot of area they need to cover and they do that wonderfully.

I was hoping these might add more cushion for my backpack but they're pretty flat; I don't know that they'll bring a whole lot of relief and I'll have to wait until next year to see if they're cool. I do like the velcro on the inside to help keep them in place
