Perfect go to protein hit and no carbs!

I love these! They are very flavorful and tasty; however, I feel that, for the price, you don't get that much. They come in bags of 2.12 ozs., which I can pretty much eat in one sitting. I am on a low-carb diet; so, since these have only 1 carb per serving (2 servings per bag, they say), they make a great low-carb snack for me. My husband doesn't like them; he says they are too pungent. They ARE powerfully flavored, but I like that. My low-carb diet can get a little boring, so these give me a wonderful burst of flavor when I need it. I just wish they came in normal-sized chip bags, and another problem is that a lot of them are broken into crumbs. I don't know if they come this way from the factory or if they get that way from the shipping.

It took a few bites before they grew on me, and then I ate the whole package, they have the crunch if that is important to you, it is to me! If I needed a snack, these are great for a Carnivore die. However, I was doing at max a 4 hr eating window and 20 hr fast, so now that I had a carnivore snack, they messed it up. Because of the price and/or the small quantity, plus having the snack around is not productive to my diet I won't purchase again. In fairness they are cheese, and cheese is more expensive that flour, so the price may be fair for the ingredients.
