I guess all I have left is to leave a review. I reached out to Amazon and Sensarte before about my order, which included defects. The core issue is that it's crumbling and I don't want to eat the material that's breaking down in my food. Unfortunately, Amazon agents contradicted each other and the manufacturer stopped replying after saying warranty is valid/active and they’d help. Now it's been over a month and I haven't gotten a replacement or response to my follow-up emails. It's also out of the return window cuz I was trying to follow instructions to get manufacturer help. I reached again because the manufacturer failed both in making a durable product and in following through on warranty and customer service, and am leaving a review since Amazon agends couldn't help with a replacement, courtesy credits to reorder, or anything that would resolve it. It's been months and i'm tired, broke, and have the least-desireable seasoning ever in my meals (even if they said it's non-toxic). Thanks, Sensarte :/

Very good product

I love these pots! They're non-stick and not just saying they are and a few weeks later they're burning stuff. Easy to store and very versatile, I can use on the stove top or oven and that gives me joy seeing as I just moved and don't want to be spending money on baking pans right now. Overall I love everything about them.

Amazing pots, so good, my only regret is that I didn’t buy the 17-18 pieces set! Will never buy another brand … nothing sticks to it!
