Soft and soothing

Love this but it broke 😢
My baby loves this so much he cuddles and sleeps with it every night. I play the music and have the night light on for him and it’s so amazing that it helps him fall asleep but it is now not working. I really would hope that the company would send another so I can have our night time routine back.

Easy to use sound quality is good. functionality worth the money the size is bigger then I though and the brightness is not as bright

Amazing... until it broke
Absolute life changer for my daughter from the time she was 2 months up until now (12 months). She relies on Bear Bear every night to fall asleep and stay asleep. Until Bear Bears wiring tore apart for the white noise sound ☹️

Perfect for hospice patients
Bought this for a friend in hospice. The light and the beautiful sounds..heartbeat and lullabies have brought her such comfort. It is so soft and cuddly she holds onto it constantly... Brings her such comfort. Other patients relatives and staff have all loved it.

Works well
This bear worked well with my little on…. Until….. my dog decided it was his and chewed it up. 😡 it was a dim light, so it didn’t keep the baby up. The heartbeat sounded amazing. Not to mention, it was cute!

UGH! THIS HAS GOTTEN EXPENSIVE!!!
Unfortunately, this is my toddler’s favorite bedtime toy. I say “unfortunately”, because I’ve now had to buy this Teddy Bear FIVE TIMES-due to it only working properly for 30-60 days (always AFTER the 30-day return policy). The music either stops playing entirely-or, most often-the volume gets stuck on the loudest setting, which doesn’t help to put her to sleep. I wouldn’t mind so much if it got stuck at the lowest setting-but the highest is SO LOUD. I should have read the many reviews complaining of this same issue before I bought the 1st one-but decided to take a chance due to the many good reviews. I’m assuming the good reviews were written immediately after they received the toy. C’mon Gemma Joy…FIVE TIMES?!? PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!

Suddenly quit working!
I was initially very excited about this product. It seemed like a dream come true especially with being a first time parent. It was a wonderful product in the beginning. It calmed my baby down and kept her very happy. Know a month later the product no longer works. We are all very sad. I appreciate any help you have to remedy the problem so we can all be one happy family again. I'm giving this product a 5 star because I feel confident someone will make this right for me and my family!
