It’s ideal for my paper shadowbox projects, which look amazing in this frame. The fit is perfect, and the frame feels well-constructed. Highly recommended!

I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these frames, especially for the price!!I ordered the wrong color by mistake the first time and debated about returning them because they were so beautiful. I did return them and received the color I meant to order and those too are beautiful. They were packaged nicely and arrived in perfect condition. I can’t speak more highly of this product.

Purchased 3 different brands of 11 x 11 shadow boxes. The actual diameter from edge to edge of the frame is 12" and the box opening is 10.5". Of the 3, this is hands down the best quality. The seams are perfect. It's straight and the depth of the frame is 2.25" making it sturdy enough to sit on a shelf without support. In appearance, the FrameWorks is identical to Am....Flat, but the quality of the FrameWorks is superior. Although this frame is the best quality, my overall favorite in appearance is the Cali...tree brand. The depth of that frame is 1.75" and I prefer the beige background to the white on the FrameWorks. It's also a bit smaller at 11.5" diameter with the same 10.5" opening. That one lost points because the covering is acrylic and looks scratched and attracts lint like plastic does. FrameWorks wins.

I ordered this frame in black and white for two mixed-media prints I recently purchased at an art show. The frames arrived quickly and packaged very well and I was impressed with the precautions taken to insure their safety. Unfortunately the black one was broken at the bottom where the swivel clip holds the back in place and had been taped over with what appears to be a piece of black electrical tape. I think this may have caused a problem but my artwork was too thick to fit in the back and the clips couldn’t reach their grooves, so I didn’t get the chance to find out. Sadly, I have to return both. I didn’t even open the white one because I knew it wouldn’t fit either. I would’ve given the frames a 5-star if the black one hadn’t been broken because it’s not the sellers fault my artwork didn’t fit. Given the opportunity I'm sure the seller would’ve rectified my purchase if the frames would’ve fit my art. The frames are otherwise very well-made and pretty and I really wish they would’ve worked. Unfortunately I have to return them and look elsewhere.

I don't generally write reviews but do rely on them when I am making purchases, especially on Amazon, so I thought I would write one for these beautiful frames. I needed a specific size shadow box for some of my grandmother's needlepoint to display but was discouraged as how expensive they were. I found these, and in the size I needed, read the reviews, so went for it. They were so carefully packaged, they had zero damage. The color is true to what you see online but are way deeper than I expected. Not a bad thing, I just didn't read thoroughly on that front. They exceed my expectations and am very happy with them. Great price! Buy them!

I used this to preserve a friends bouquet in. I love the color, appreciated the rounded edges of the glass, and liked the foam mounting board. I used hot glue to attach the flowers to the board, which worked really well.A small complaint is that the fake wood material covering the frame was peeling a little bit in the back. It was small enough, and not easily seen, that it was of no bother to me, but I could see it posing a problem if anywhere else, or if someone accidentally pulled on it and caused it to spread.*if you’re preserving a bouquet with roses, this shadow box will probably not be deep enough. I was **barely** able to squeeze the carnations in, and that was with some minor surgery to make them fit 😂. Keep the height of your flowers in mind when buying.

Wanted to display the school letter and the certificate along with 3 ribbons and it is a perfect size. Frame is sturdy and looks high quality.

Only complaint is the pins are very long! I was able to cut them tho

It’s a decent looking frame, a little heavier than expected but manufactured wood often is. It only came with 6 pins so we’ll need to use others instead.The frame was broken but the packaging was fine so it looks like it came from the manufacturer that way. We’re sending it back and are ordering another so, fingers crossed. LolWe’ll update when we get the second order.
