I’ve been using the AGARO Regency Electric Spin Mop for the past 8 months, and I must say—no issues so far. The build quality is excellent, and it feels sturdy and durable right from the first use.The electric spin function works smoothly, making floor cleaning effortless and efficient. It handles both wet and dry mopping well, and works great on tiles and wooden flooring. The mop heads are easy to wash and replace, and the overall design makes handling and storage simple.This mop has definitely made cleaning less of a chore. Very useful, reliable, and well worth the investment.

Gentle mopping on vacuumed floors. Adjust detergent to water volume for a streak free finish. Performs well for normal, day to day spills and general upkeep. Some determined staying atop stubborn stains releases them too. Won’t reach corners since it is a round peg in a square hole. Light weight and easy to manoeuvre under furniture.I haven’t really tested the run time but runs for over an hour. No battery level indicator. Simple construction to set to charge and change & clean the mopping pads - so learning curve is minimal. I’m using a garden pump sprayer instead of the inbuilt sprayer since most reviews mentioned the sprayer nozzle not working properly. Will have to test the durability for the appliance and the mop pads as well. Ordered a few more sets of mop pads to change and use for bathroom, kitchen and wooden floors. Cleaning action is good. Quality of cleaning may depend on your choice of floor cleaner and the concentration in the water.I thought it was a tad loud.

Ease of cleaning. No need of any bucket or mop, and no work for your hands.The mopping is done so smoothly and effortlessly and the floor looks so shiny n neat.Any stains can be removed by spraying water through a button provided in the handle.I'm happy and fully satisfied.My mop suddenly stopped functioning and was worried. Registered a complaint to Amazon, as I bought it from there. But no response. I called the Argro Customer care.A lady spoke so politely and lodged a complaint. I received msgs in my WhatsApp and a technician helped me, guided me step by step n finally I received my new product.Felt so happy n my sincere thanks to the whole team of Argro for their dedication and reachout to all Customers.My advice to all is that Argro group is genuine and can trust them n go for any products u wish to buy without a second thought.I shall buy more products only from Argro especially Airfrier.

I purchased the AGARO mopping device on 7 April, and within just two months it stopped working. It took one month for the replacement to arrive, which was already frustrating. Unfortunately, the replacement unit is no better — it takes 7 hours to fully charge, leading to high electricity consumption and even an increase in my electricity bill.The product quality is poor, and the customer service is pathetic. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. I have dropped my plan to buy any other AGARO products.If you value your money and peace of mind, invest in a reputable brand. You might pay a little more, but you’ll get the assurance and quality this product failed to deliver.

Good for the cost. Needs some pressure to remove hard stains, and comes quite handy.

At best, the product is good enough and effective. You must often wash the brsuh since it leaves swirl marks on the floor otherwise. Good value for money.However, I'm not confident about product reliability because I've had problems with previous Agaro products. However, the support team is active and will promptly replace the item if it is still under warranty.
