Good packaging. Heats up quickly

I ordered this hair straightener/curler as my current ones were faulty and only one plate heated up. The 3D floating plates appealed to me as my hair is quite thin and I didn't want any heat damage.The straighteners are housed in an attractive box with a dark pink pouch, a glove and hair clip are also included. The plates are anti-static, ceramic, tourmaline ionic and heat up very quickly (30 seconds). Do be aware they also take quite a while to cool down so be careful how you pick them up and where you place them. The plates are 11cm so quite long and 2.5cm wide. The lead isn't the longest have used but I had no problems styling my hair in various different rooms.The digital display is clear and easy to read with heat options from 120° to 230°. There is a guide with instructions for thick, natural or thin hair types and the relevant heat setting. You can wave or curl your hair, I curled the ends of my hair and the curl stayed in although not for very long, I think having thin hair doesn't help though.There is an automatic safety cut off after 60 mins and 100/240V dual voltage so you can take them away on holiday. I haven't been overseas with them but took them with me on a weekend away recently and they were ideal as quite compact and fairly light to store and carry.I usually prefer wider plates but I am using these straighteners now. They would also make a nice gift as they are attractively presented. Happy to recommend.

Daughter has these for use as a second pair when she is at home. They work really well and for the price you can’t argue! Definitely recommend.

This is up there with the worst hair styling products I’ve ever bought.The coating on the plates has made my hair worse in just a week. I’ve used it 3 times since buying and every time I’m left with broken strands of hair - only having my hair cut and styled recently so it is not that to blame.I would not recommend this at all unfortunately.

These are lovely straighteners in a metallic pink with great features like temperature control and extra accessories, including a silicone heat mat and heat-resistant gloves. The cable also has a swivel feature which prevents damage and bending of the cable where it meets the straighteners.The design and shape of these means they are perfect for doing straight hair or curling. They give a looser curl and you can do beach waves with these.The only negatives are that they don't seem to be as hot as the temperature guage says they are which is why the style doesn't seem to hold as long as when I use my other more expensive straighteners.Also, at the time of ordering these were 52.99! If I were basing it on that price these would not be worth it. I will base it on the standard prices I have seen it available for (29.99-39.99) and say these are decent for the lower price of 29.99 but not necessarily worth the higher price marks. Great first straighteners or if you have easily handled hair. If your hair is thicker, more unruly, or you want the style to last through a long day, I would look for others.

I like using this flat iron because it prevents hair damage and has the anti-static ability.It is efficient and I just need to slide it two times through my hair and it is straight. I am using it for both, straightening and curling my hair and my hair is every time shiny and smooth and does not have any frizz.It warms up very fast and it has the options to choose from the desired temperature and the results are very good. I am using it for a while now and I like the effects and when I need to go somewhere, in less than 5 minutes I have a nice and arranged hair.My hair is quite wavy and thick and this iron does a good job and I really like it.
