PAPER BLOWOUTS - Party Supplies - 144 Pieces

I needed these for my work as an SLP and I'm happy that they don't make noise. I just want something for my kiddos to practice blowing / getting more confident using their mouth / closing their lips around an object. The fact that they are cheap is great since I can go through a lot of them. The only problem is that I've already found several where the blow-out part is not glued on. I suppose I will go through the set and check them all and tape those that aren't glued.

This are a great quality and worked perfectly for a craft project I used them in. However, as many others have said, these don't make noise. Others have said that some of their noisemakers made sound - none of ours did. But they were great and cute for our elephants!

I ordered 100 of the noisemakers for my wedding for when we are departing the reception. Many of the noisemakers do not work and I will have to go through all of them to test them out. Shhh... don't tell my guests! I know they are cheap toys, but selling a product that is 50% non-functional, that's really not cool.

This was a great buy for our New Years Eve Party.

We were disappointed because they did not make any noise after they were blown. We brought these to children in Haiti because they were lightweight.

I bought these under the assumption that they make noise, hence the "noisemaker" title. I was disappointed when I received the box and they did not make noise. I have chosen to keep them to use in a different way, but was interested in something else.

These didn't actually make noise, which for my purposes was a benefit but I feel that it's misleading to call them noisemakers. But overall, they were great - a large quantity for a small price!

Disappointed as I thought they made noise when you blow into them. But it just unravels when you blow. It was quite flimsy and not what I originally wanted.
