Simply the best
White chocolate is polarizing but if you appreciate the flavor, Valrhona is worth the cost. I never bake this delicious chocolate because its just too good as a snacking treat. Velvety smooth and satisfying.

The real thing
These little bits have a great dark chocolate taste. They are easy to melt and handle just as you would expect.

Teeny tiny chocolate bits
Not sure what happened to my bag- but I have mostly tiny, almost ground chocolate nibs.Note if these are chips-they are very very small

Even better than the dark chocolate - delicious gourmet milk chocolate mini chips
These are delicious and I love being able to get really good milk chocolate in min-chip size. These are great in cookies, other baked goods- but I've even found myself just snacking on them directly (which I don't do with the dark chocolate). This is just really good, smooth, rich gourmet milk chocolate. They are costly, so eating them a the pure naked chip seems a justifiable splurge... :-)

Might be better to purchase elsewhere
42 USD for 32oz on nearly all other retail sites20 USD for 4oz on amazonIt's my fault, I should have checked around more and not depended on Amazon to insure my satisfaction. Google or other search engines return results where they don't play this game. Says shipped directly from valhona, so they aren't even a reseller. The products were good quality and undamaged but if you're a home baker you really need make an effort to source more economically.

These chips make great cookies!
I try and use these so good it’s not real chips in all of my baking.I always use them in cookies and I use them in my banana bread! It’s always fun to include them in my quick bread recipes because it’s so shocking the difference it makes.
