Beautiful upgrade
In the remodeling of my bathroom, the contractor found this easy to install. I have great water pressure, so a shower and sprayer works extremely well. However, if you do not have great water pressure, this may not be good for you. I like the shower head, and the separate sprayer and the scald-proof functionality.

Great product for a good price.
We have been using this product for 11 months so far, and everything is working very well.We have not cleaned the shower head so far, but no mold or rust on the shower head was found which is amazing as a regular round shower head we used before would have mold in a coulple of months.A uniform stream of water comes from the shower head and hand-held shower, except for one or two holes that was somehow clogged from start and no water comes out of it.The stainless steel material is stain resistant which looks great so far.

Great value for a sleek contemporary decor.
Looks very nice BUT the top shower bar since it's pretty long extended from the wall (which is what I liked) tends to bow downward, leaning downward. The part that screws into the wall is way too small for the weight of the long bar. It's not a problem functionally but I put a small piece of pipe in the wall under the bar to bring it up a bit. Still bends slightly downward but looks just fine. Also you'll need to clean out the big flat shower head nozzles to prevent them from easily clogging up, which they do. Also stay on top of the metal parts from building up water calcium deposits. Overall we love it, looks great and fits our bath decor.

Bad quality. Failed after a few days of using it.
Bad quality. I had problems with the shower after a few days. I explained the problem and they sent me a replacement cartridge that did not solve the problem. I now have to cut the wall to see if I can change the valve and that hopefully will be the end of it. I will buy a new set from a different brand and use the new valve. I will not buy this brand again.
