One of the worst things I have ever bought. Looks great, if it worked I’d buy loads, even at that absolutely ridiculous price. I don’t say this lightly as I like the product in principle and it looks great for what it is but it’s so impractical. It’s like it was never tested. The whole thing about a key, is that you turn it. Even knowing the problem, I still have the issue. The “ring” pops open when you use the key attached to it. If the key you’re using magically doesn’t pop off, the other keys will. By using your key, it puts tension on the ring and causes it to either pop open or slide open to the side. This stretches it and then won’t go back to normal; the very thing I wanted to avoid which is why I thought I’d try these. Don’t be fooled by a high price into thinking it’s good. It’s not. I want it to be good. I want to use lots of these. But it’s awful and if I keep using it out of stubbornness having spent so much on it, I will lose some keys. Been using these for a week and my keys have scattered on the floor five times already. Save yourself the stress and the money, don’t buy this. I use two on a normal loop ring and each one only has three keys. Neither are overloaded. Oh and if you want to try the loop rings things. They aren’t good either. Not as bad as these but still not good. All just over priced rubbish which scratches really easily too by the way. …absolutely gutted overall. Wouldn’t normally leave comments like this so that should be a good indicator.

Nice product but way overpriced

The three small (and progressively smaller) split rings made of very lightweight titanium alloy arrived in a large box relatively speaking, together with a good amount of marketing material. The rings open by the natural springiness of the metal that they are made from, a small opening but sufficient to add your keys, etc. Actually it is a little tricky to open them, especially the smallest sized one, but when re-closed they are very secure. They are far more attractive than the usual key ring but, in my view, £29.99 is a crazy price for them. I like KeyUnity products, they are well made and look sophisticated, but for key rings, without even a tag, this price seems over the top to me. I will give 3 stars all for the quality and attractiveness of the items, and hope that KeyUnity decides to reduce the cost to something more reasonable.

Worth the price of losing an important key over? This happened when simply removing it from my pocket, luckily the key came off whilst I was aware of it. The spring back clip bit now just stays open and will not clip back into place... I truly thought this was a great idea, the thing is normal key rings, never ever do this. Sorry to be critical but if you're going to come up with a new clever design make sure it at least does the minimum requirement, ie being at least as good as the original ring for holding stuff with improvements.

It does have the word Mini in the title, and the measurements in the images, so I should not be surprised. They all work off a piece of the keyring that can be sprung out, and when let go is returns to its original place. The build quality is nice, they look good and feel nice, so in terms of build I am quite happy. The two large ones I will be using, and while the smallest can be used I am not sure I have a purpose for such a small one right now. The work, and so far the keys are still on the rings. I guess these are a step up from the standard metal keyring, and if you have a few keys these are great, many keys and these will be overwhelmed. They just not built for many keys.

Quite easy to open and close but any sideways pressure at all opens the clasp. So far managed to have the keys fall off twice in a couple of weeks. Even at 1/4 of the price it would be a complete waste of money.

I really wanted to like this keychain because the design and titanium build sounded perfect. Unfortunately, after less than a week of light use, it no longer locks properly. That means anything attached could easily slip off without me noticing. For something meant to hold car keys or house keys, that’s just not safe. The idea is good, but the execution failed. I can’t recommend this product — look elsewhere if you want peace of mind that your keys will stay secure. Don’t buy!

I found the medium-sized key ring in this set to be perfect for attaching my work badge to my lanyard – it looks quite nice and serves that purpose well. However, while I appreciate the quick-release functionality, I'm hesitant to use it for my main set of keys. I have a feeling that the quick-release mechanism could potentially be a point of weakness in a typical keychain scenario. The keys might easily snag on something in my pocket or bag, and I worry that this could inadvertently pulling the release, causing the ring to open and my keys to fall off. Therefore, while it's great for lighter applications like holding a badge, I wouldn't recommend this particular quick-release key ring for heavy-duty keychain use where it might be subjected to more friction and potential snagging.
