When we opened the package, we were shocked to find the basin already shattered inside. The pieces were still telling stories of an amazing product but poor packaging wasted the efforts completely. If you are not equipped to send a delicate item from Gujarat to Bangal, please don't. Don't false raise hopes of customers who wait weeklong, only to receive ruins of a glory that could have been. Just don't do it. Clearly indicate that such item is undelivereable. Don't play with other's time, money and emotions.
