I brought this product to help with back tightness that leads to pain. I work full time and am pretty much on my feet all day, bending a lot, and I notice that I get a lot of tension built up in my back. If you don’t have enough time to stretch or you are in need of a massage, this acupressure mat set is for you! I lay on it for about 10 minutes, even laying on it for 5 minutes I notice the tension immediately starting to subside and once I get up I feel so much relief and 10x better. I definitely recommend buying this, it’s great for relaxation, it’s great to lay on it and meditate, good to use before bed or first thing in the morning.

I have really bad lower back pain and sciatica, but laying on this mat daily has made a huge difference. I was skeptical but since I’ve been using it I have not pinched my back. As soon as I feel like a spasm is going to come, I pull out this mat and lay on it for 15-20 minutes. My chiropractor even noticed a difference and said my muscles along my spine are more relaxed. I definitely recommend it.

This is the first time using a Acupressure mat. Quite interesting! Very uncomfortable first time using it, but it becomes more helpful as you use it. It helps great for relaxing sore muscles after a workout.

I had an acupressure mat before. (I used it once. It was awful. The end. LOL!) AFTER selling it to a friend, my friend who had originally recommended it told me that you REALLY need to use these things a few times for your body to adjust to the sensation. THEN you can start to experience the benefit. So then I ordered this one. Funny. I laid on it for about 10 minutes straight out of the box and loved it immediately. I guess I just needed to hear that advice, so I'm sharing here. ;) I absolutely love that it comes with this little bag so it can be easily stored away when not in use... and it fits nicely (NOT like packing a parachute.) Great purchase.

The quality for the price is amazing. I am surprised how nicely presented it comes and I love the lavendar satxhet that came with it.

This is so relaxing I feel like drifting off every time I lay on it! I'm curious how long is to long on it, lol! Highly recommend.

The package was damaged so I didn't try it out. I might consider re purchasing because everyone says it's great.

First time I laid on it, I wasn't too sure if I wanted to keep it or not. So give it time. I've only had it a short while but I like the way it feels now that I've gotten used to it a bit. Whether it makes me feel better overall will probably take some time but I'm willing to keep using it based on how I've felt after the few times I have tried it. I like the concept of it and so far I have positive results.
