Tastes like medicine.
I like beef protein as it’s lighter than whey protein. The only drawback is taste! It tastes like medicine. Tip: must add salt, lemon and citric acid to make it better in taste. 2 star because of taste!

This supplement gave me eczema
This product gave me eczema. Its been 2 months since ive used it and i still have a rash lol buy at your own risk, theres deffo a dodgy chemical in there as ive been using supps for years and never had an issue
