Review: Poor design - Have used other draw trainers with great effect. This one though is badly designed. As u bite down it slips or falls out ur mouth. Have tried holding it in but it then slips out sideways. Iv found it almost impossible to use.

Great for working out all the muscles of your jaw line. It's quiet hard rubber so it works your muscles pretty well. I'm really happy with this product ☺️

The muscle in the jaw are working very hard and after use the JVR even for 5 minutes I can feel the hard work the muscle have done and results are clear after one or two days. This is my experience of course. I am very pleased and I used once a week. I do not want an oversized Jaw, just meantine my jaw line.
