Horrible!
I bought this phone for my 88 yrs old mother and it’s not even working properly, piece of garbage, i can even return due to amazon denial. Amazon will never see a penny spent from me. What a disgrace!

Elderly parents having an issue when using 1 before dialing long distance
It is what it is I guess, a cheap phone for elderly people who may need pictures or large names for speed dial. One thing that confuses my parents, if they add 1 to any long distance number it gives a fast busy signal. Maybe that is a service issue where they live but can’t confirm.

Seeing the keypad will not be an issue This phone concepts are good to have to help with impairments that reduce the enjoyment of communication without a big red circle pointing them out. The is durable, easy to set up and has adjustable settings .These are key features as to its value and worth it. I believe it is. The sound was easier no dialing errors the overall sound quality lacked a little . kind of of tune sound but I could hear it and that's most important and that's why I could recommend this phone

Great long lasting phone good quality item.
Great feeling especially for people that have a hard time being able to see. It has good quality hearing and it makes styling easy it's a basic standard phone but with more modern features combo best of both now and then. I recommend this product. It is worth the value of this item... Thx...

Big Buttons Helpful
Helpful to see numbers but no lighting for night and no speaker phone. Volume is not loud for hearing impaired.
