Easy to use. Heavy metal, very strong. A professional tool for the kitchen. I like that you have separate disks for the different size holes, makes cleaning very easy.

tl;dr: Great product and even better customer service! I was dubious about the claims that there is no need to peel the potatoes. How do the skins not block the holes and prevent the potatoes from going through? Well, I don't know how it works but it does. This ricer makes such quick work of making potatoes. It also works great on avocados to spread on an English muffin. Unfortunately, as I was hand-washing it after its second use (I don't trust the dishwasher not to damage the finish), the rivet holding the piston part on fell off. I thought it would be a battle to get the company to make things right but I gave it a shot. I messaged the company on the Saturday night before Christmas. Their website states that they don't answer emails on weekends or holidays. Imagine my surprise when I had a response the very next day, Sunday, asking for further information! After answering their questions, I received an email stating I could expect a replacement ricer arriving within a week. I have been floored by the high quality of the customer service provided by this company plus I love my ricer!

First time using a potato ricer. Seems incredibly sturdy and well made. Trying to figure out how to use it was horrible. However, that's user error...not product error. I wasn't sure what to expect, but all-round a good product. The grips on the handle are nice and cleaned up well in the dishwasher.

The Priority Chef Heavy Duty Ricer with 3 discs (uncolored stainless) is exactly as advertised. It is well made, smooth edges, nicely polished, and made using heavy duty sturdy stainless steel (no flex - even discs) especially compared to others I tried. The quality you'd find at a high end store. Yes, handles are a bit far apart but I think it would take two hands to be steady even if closer together - so no big deal and an easy adjustment for me even with smallish hands.) My first time using a ricer and I will never look back to making mashed potatoes any other way (food mill aside but that's another cleanup story). Light, fluffy, and HOT! because no mashing that dissipates the heat. No more gooey pasty mashed. Because butter/liquid is added after pressing through the disk it is easy to control the final moisture/texture with just a toss the mashed. I place as stainless steel bowl over a pot of simmering water and press into that to keep hot while finishing up the meal (don't cover or only partially and be careful to keep the water at a low simmer or the pots may burn!) I wanted the pictured disc with the oval holes (+\- 1/2" x 1") to make more homestyle mashed with some lump. Did not find discs sold separately so ended up buying a 2nd ricer just for the that disc (note: some ricers use a smaller diameter disc so it may take trial and error). Glad I did! Now I get mashed potatoes any smoothness I want - from pommes puree to lump homestyle. After pressing, toss the ricer and parts in the pot you boiled the potatoes with warm water and cleanup is a cinch. Best kitchen tool purchase in years!

I love this thing! I've wanted one for years and never remember to look when I had time. have used this a few times already and love it. perfect for mashed potatoes, absolutely necessary for gnocchi. love that it has the 3 diff size rice plates. was worried that it wouldnt be very sturdy at that price, but its very solid. highly recommend this

This potato ricer has completely changed the way I make mashed potatoes. It creates perfectly smooth, fluffy potatoes with no lumps, and it takes much less effort than I expected. The handle is comfortable to grip, and it’s sturdy enough to handle large batches without bending. It’s also easy to clean, which is a huge plus. I’ve even used it for sweet potatoes and making baby food, and it works great every time. If you love creamy mashed potatoes, this is definitely worth buying. Great quality and excellent value for the price!

J'ai récemment acheté le presse-purée PriorityChef et je suis extrêmement satisfait de mon achat. Les trois disques en acier inoxydable permettent de réaliser des purées parfaitement lisses et homogènes. L'outil est très robuste et facile à utiliser, même pour des légumes plus durs comme les carottes. De plus, il se nettoie facilement, ce qui est un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement ce produit à tous ceux qui aiment cuisiner des purées maison. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Broke with one use.

Ricer works great, fluffy potatoes. Comes apart easily to clean. Rugged enough for personal use, to light for commercial purposes IMO.
