Are they okay for puppies?

It depends on the size of your dog. My dog is toy poodle and they are great for her. The treats are just over a centimeter in size. They would be a bit small for a large dog but probably too large if you have a very small dog.

Does anyone know if any of these treats contain phosphorus? I ask because my dog has renal failure and this would be very bad for her

Not really. They are little treats made of vegetables, so chewy rather than crunchy. My dog suffers with Pancreatitis and needs very low fat treats, less than 4%, these are perfect. Most dog biscuits are over 12% or as high as 20% fat content.
