I bought these zebra roller shades for every window in my house, and I’m seriously impressed. They look super sleek and modern, and really helped tie the rooms together. The quality feels solid and the design is clean and minimal, which I love.The cordless feature is a big plus, especially with kids in the house—it’s safer and gives everything a more polished look. They open and close really smoothly. I also like that there’s an option to use a remote control. I haven’t set that part up yet, but it’s nice knowing it’s there when I’m ready.Installation was surprisingly smooth. The instructions were clear, and I got the hang of it quickly. The only hiccup was that a few of my windows have different frame depths, so I had to adjust the bracket placement a bit. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind.One thing I really want to highlight: these are blackout shades once you install them correctly. After adjusting for a tight fit, they completely block out the light—perfect for bedrooms or anywhere you want it dark.Also, I had to reach out to customer service with a question, and they were fantastic. Super responsive, friendly, and really helpful in walking me through what I needed.All in all, I’m really happy with these blinds. They look great, work well, and the support from the company has been awesome. Definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying that there are a lot of options on amazon when it comes to automated shades. I looked for a year before I decided to go with these. All I can say is that I have had a wonderful experience with the product and more importantly with customer service on how responsive they are, they stand by their product and that is what makes this purchase a winner.I purchased 4 of these and had a few issues with Alexa connectivity with one of them. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and provide alternatives. In about 2 months after the purchase I started having issue with the motor on the same shade. It would not retain charge. Again I reached out to them and they were happy to send me a replacement motor. Now that is what I call customer service.Trust me folks, these shades are awesome and the folks behind the product are amazing. It did scare me when I read these were non-returnable and the 4 I ordered cost me a lot, but I am so very satisfied with the customer service I have received from this company.Buy with confidence.Cheers!

What an amazing motorized blind. My new picture window is definitely complimented by this window covering. I especially appreciate the company double checking measurements and prompt correspondence and delivery.

I had a small dent on the frame, it wasn't even noticeable. I recently got hurricane impact windows and French doors installed. I wish I could afford to put these blinds in all my windows in the house. I didn't want to drill on my newly installed French doors I did a outside mount which overlap on both sides evenly. The other window by my front door I did a inside mount. It was so easy to install right out the box. It is important to get your measurement correct, follow the instructions on measuring and they arrive perfect to size. The only 2 things, I wanted to mentioned is if your size is larger the 60 they recommend a center bracket. I thought it was automatically included but buy a extra bracket for recommend support. My personal opinion is not necessary because unit is lightweight not heavy at all. The other thing was I struggled to understand how to make sure remote doesn't control both windows. It was on my part. My son understood how to pair each remote separately. Everything working fine. I plan on having all my windows in the house with these blinds little by little when the financial economy improves. I almost forgot to mention, the customer service is excellent. They called prior to customizing blinds, when they completed, and a few days after I received them.
