I'm very disappointed with the products this time. I've ordered this again because it was a good quality and small buds. However, this time I've received an out of dats products. It's not fair you know I've paid the same price and received an out of date products

It was just my preference, but needed the twisted end but this is just a smaller version of a small ear bud, plus customer service wasted my time
