I recently bought the strap-on ice pack for the face, and it works great for reducing swelling and soothing pain. However, one crucial thing to keep in mind is the instruction to only leave it on for 20 minutes. A lot of people skip over this, but it’s important to avoid ice burn, which can happen if the pack is left on too long. I loved the design, the fit, the feel of it. The gel packs were comfortable and the cold feel long lasting. The velcro was strong and I liked the ear slots so your hearing isn't blocked. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the strong chemical smell that hopefully goes away with time. Otherwise, I recommend this product.

Love this headwrap!! I have TMJ, and I love how it comes with 2 packs per side. I can warm up one set while I'm using the other set. Pretty comfortable. Be careful warming up the packs in the microwave. Sometimes they don't seem that hot, but when pressed against the face - they're actually warm enough or hotter than you expect. Don't just feel them with your hands - gage their heat by pressing them on your face. Haven't needed it for ice, but I'm sure they retain the cold well. Love these!!

Purchased the product in preparation of my wisdom removal. Love the color, design and that there are 2 packs to interchange. The strap is larger than my face so the ear holes doesnt fit accurately. The reason for my star reduction is the heat and cold duration. I felt like the ice stays cold but doesnt last long and i still had to put an additional layer to my face so it doesnt freeze my cheeks to pain. The heat took LONGER to heat up than instructed. It didnt get as hot as i wanted and it definitely didnt last long at all.

Absolutely saved my life during my wisdom teeth removal recovery. I am 29 years old and had all four wisdom teeth removed the week before thanksgiving 2024 (I know my timing is perfect) The packs didn't stay super cold for long but for the recommended icing intervals this item was absolutely perfect. The velcro straps worked really well I kind of just set it and forgot it. I found the price more than fair and this fit my face perfectly.

These worked great the first few times using it but then it was like the velcro stopped working on the head strap. However I used this product for almost 72 hours straight just changing out the ice packs they froze fast and then when I needed some heat instead of cold they held the heat! Highly recommend if you are getting your wisdom teeth out! All in all good quality just don’t be shocked when the Velcro stops working!
