I highly recommend this magnet as a useful addition to any kitchen. It comes with a temperature chart that makes it easy to keep track of the newer standards, especially since older cookbooks sometimes show higher internal temperatures listed. I have mine on the side of the refrigerator that faces the stove and is next to my magnetic spice racks, so it's always in view during the cooking process.The magnet is strong and holds well, and the combination of black background and bright letters makes the chart surprisingly easy to read, even from a short distance.However, I would prefer it if the entire background was solid black and did not have certain areas that look like bubbles. The product images show those discolorations as well, so I assume it's a product feature and not an issue.
