Absolutely fantastic product brought it for my grandson birthday he loves it

I am not too happy, the ps4 was dirty, the plastic was detached at the back. I hope that it will at least serve me longer. For now, I can't complain about the operation, we'll see after a year

Non operational when arrived. However it was cheaper to repair it than the return postage thankfully

Last users profile left on. Console dirty and WSOD in 23 days

I received the device dirty and poorly packaged. The USB inputs are very dirty. There was a lack of care in cleaning.

Fast delivery, looks good everything there , only issue is headphone jack on controller doesn't work

Console works well no problem bar a lot of dust but I can clean that myself. my issue is with the controller when a product is labelled as “renewed” I would assume it would have a least been cleaned my main issue is there is very notable breakage. Overall it’s a decent working console just it’s just not “renewed” as the seller has labelled it
