Addensa solo a caldo

Ho scelto questo venditore per via della consegna nel comodissimo punto di ritiro. L' ho pagato 64 €/kg, un bel risparmio rispetto ai 110 €/kg del supermercato. Non ho riscontrato nessuna alterazione nel sapore delle preparazioni. Ho versato 2 litri di latte di nocciola in una teglia, poi ho unito un cucchiaio di agar agar e una bustina di vanillina. Un'ora in forno ed ecco pronto uno strepitoso latte brulè ricoperto da un grosso strato di panna che si è formata da sola. Un mio amico non ha gradito il dolce, ma solo perchè è fanatico dello zucchero, che potete sempre aggiungere a piacere. A temperatura ambiente non addensa affatto e nemmeno nel congelatore.
