It's amazing product. Totally worth it.

It's a good product. No doubt it keeps u warm. Only drawback is that is one time use. 2nd time it's of no use. Coz it doesn't keep u warm

This is totally a scam.I order this from Amazon for my parents.When it reach to me, the pouch was already wet and when I tell tohecustomer care about the product she instructed me to open the packet.I told her that this package only for one time use and if this is defective then we cannot use this product.I opend the only one pouch and as I k ow the pouch was not working.After this customer care asked me for photos, and I send her photo to her one just photo and the with background with white paper.She concluded that the product is ok because she cannot feel the product was wet .I asked her to send one delivery boy or any executive who can confirm but don't agree.She keept on argu that she can't find that the product is wet via a photo. I was not in the mood to open the product but when the customer care instructed me only thne I had opened the sameThis is full scam made my Amazon and the manufacturer
