Feels good quality.
I have been looking for a fat jug that wasn't plastic. The glass ones looked so delicate. I bought a metal one a while ago but it was very small and recently started leaking. I came across this jug and it looked like it would be exactly what I wanted and I wasn't disappointed as it is perfection. Feels heavy and substantial. Now just need to not break it!

For the smaller Family.
This is more for the smaller family ie 500ml, but is ideal for my wife and i. You can use the fat extractor spout or the normal pouring one which gives a great choice. Great item for removing fat from Minced Steak gravy etc, i was concerned buying that ceramic would be fragile but it is quite sturdy.

This jug does exactly what it's supposed to. The gap at the bottom is small and is therefore a very effective separator. The china is quite thick so the item is heavy - but the price reflects that. If you want something thinner, pay more - but you don't need to! This one is great!

Quality of porcelain not perfect
Delivery on time, however the product quality could be better. The porcelain is quiet heavy and the finish is not always even, however as there are not many products like this on the market, and the price is good, I will keep mine!

Pleased with gravy fat separator - not too big and is a perfect size for the two of us. Probably a larger size would suit a bigger family.Being ceramic, is suitable for washing in dishwasher.

praktische Sache
Da Fett immer oben schwimmt, wird die Soße durch die Konstruktion der Kanne prima beim Gießen getrennt. Es entfällt das ewige Abschöpfen. Freue mich, dass ich sie Sauciere endlich mal gekauft habe. Überlegte schon längere Zeit.
