We live in a large apartment complex where there are many children, and I love to watch them play when I can. We have two small playgrounds for little kids, and that's about it except for the pool. When I saw this basketball goal, which is adjustable, easy to assemble, and easy to adjust, I decided to order it and give it to management here when the timing is right so they can put it wherever they want it and the kids will have something else to do.The goal can be adjusted from 3.5 ft to 6.2 ft high and comes with a net, two basketballs with an air pump, and a very sturdy base that you fill with sand and water. I didn't get that far with this, because I knew I wasn't going to keep it and wanted to put it back in its box securely, but everything I did was easy.This is a remarkably sturdy portable, adjustable basketball goal that will last kids a long, long time with proper care. It's made of steel and plastic and can be used indoors or outdoors, but if you put it indoors, unless you know something I don't, you run the risk of the water you put in the base somehow flooding the room you put this in. I don't know anything any more about basketball goals since my boys are all grown up.I would highly recommend this adjustable basketball goal for children up to age eight or ten, depending on how hard they use it and how tall they are. It's very simple to assemble and use, and no matter what I'm sure you'd get your money's worth from this. It actually extends to 76.9" at the top of the board. My sons loved their basketball goals when they were little, and I'm sure at least some of the children who live here will love this one, too.

I really like this hoop. It's much better than the name brand plastic one meant for toddlers. This one goes down pretty low, so it can also be used for toddlers, but as my pictures show, it can also be heightened for an older child as well. Assembly was very easy. It took me maybe about 10 minutes from start to finish and required no tools. Included are a couple of wrenches for the plastic-handled screws, and you can use those to hold your joints even more tightly, but if you're going to use it for a toddler then you may not need to since it won't be that high. You can fill the base with water or sand, and that's surely something I'll be doing as I raise the hoop. The extras included are the net, pump, and two balls. The net is fine, just as any other net. The pump is a bit on the cheap side. I didn't use it since we already have a couple basketballs that are good for this hoop, but hopefully it would be fine if we needed it. The balls have a really good feel to them. Since we had our own balls we didn't need to inflate the new ones, but you can still tell how good they are. Is this worth the price ($39 at the time of writing)? Yes, I'd say it is. You're going to get a lot of use out of this hoop. The suggested age range is 2 - 8, and I'd say that's about right. So yes, I'd definitely recommend this for any young baller.

A few years ago my son outgrew his Step2 basketball hoop and got a real one for outside. Now that he is playing with that one more my 6 yo daughter has been wanting to play but it's too high for her. I got this basketball hoop to set up outside for her to join the fun. It is perfect for her! It looks exactly like our big one. The base fills with water or sand to stabilize it. You can easily adjust the height. It comes with 2 balls and a pump.

This small scale basketball hoop extends to 6.2 ft, but the overall scale is quite small, so not for pre-teens, teens, or adults. But, with water or sand in the base, it's quite sturdy and the kids have put it to the test. Still looking good as new after 6 weeks outside. The basketballs are also small scale, perfect for little hands. I would say not to buy for anyone over 6-7, just to get some use before they outgrow it.

This product arrived quickly and was packaged well. This is easy to put together it extends your child grows bring my five year old grandson loves it makes a great gift

It's a decent little basketball goal. We had some minor issues putting it together because the instructions weren't the most clear. They definitely weren't the worst we've had with kids toys. The kids love it so much they wanted it in the house so they could play with it all day. It's not the most sturdy, not because of the base, but because of the thin pipes that it's made out of. If it gets bumped too much they get loose and has to be tightened up. Otherwise it's great!
