I'm having problems finding the right USB-C cable. The manual doesn't identify the required USB-C specifications. Does it require 3.1 or 3.2 to accommodate the 4K display. Be careful, some USB-C cables are for charging only. The unit came with a very short cord that's not long enough to reach a PC mounted under a desk. Obviously the graphics board is going to be on top of the desk. Even the manual shows connections only for a laptop, doesn't even address a PC. I just built a new PC and it has the latest and greatest USB connections.

This will work with only the system with Type C. Also unable to install the X-remote controller

Upgraded from the "Artist 16 2nd Gen" I used till till my screen had too many scratches (heavy left hander problems)... This pro version is so much nicer! The screen is as matted smooth as my school's massive wacom cintiqs. One thing I noticed when I booted it up was the screen ratio, it's definitely not a 16:9 ratio, more square-ish but I personally don't mind it. I have been using their old pen model which felt more like a pencil than anything, flimsy as hell, but this new version is much more comfortable! It does feel like a wacom pen but not as heavy. With the new felt nibs, there'll be lesser scratches or no scratches on my screen (fingers crossed) The best part I swear is the detached keys, I have my screen propped up on a laptop stand and pressing those buttons can be a pain. Now that they're separate, it's so much more comfortable and much easier than using my bulky wireless keyboard! It's Bluetooth and it also has a dedicated usb plug for it which is a life saver. Honestly I was iffy about buying it here on Amazon sg than the official site. It looked too good to be true but here it is on my desk!! Yipee!

It's a amazing product, worth for money, if you have USB thunderbolt Type C in your system, then you can connect with only one USB Type to Type C cable, otherwise you have to connect with 3 in 1 cable which comes with this product

Falar pra vocês, tive probema com o drive da xppen com o windons, coisa chata de não reconhecer a mesa e ficar desconectando, foi uns meses assim até descobri que eu estava usando o cabo 3 por 1 da forma errada, então pesquisem sobre as entradas direitinho antes de comprar. Além disso, tive problema na epoca da compra e o vendendor foi super legal e simpático. Por fim devo dizer que essa mesa e tudo!!! Não fico sem, adoro o tamanho, as cores e a macies das pontas, perfeito.
