If not what is the approximate price for the card?** A: The 8 GB SSD card is not included. I picked one up at my local CVS for around $18.00. It may be be possible to find one elsewhere for a little less. **Q: Is it supposed to work without an SD card?** A: No. You need to get one separately. **Q: Do i needto buy anything extra to go with this?** A: You need to buy a card to put into the camera before you try to use it. I think I paid about $14 for the one I bought. I found the camera does everything they say it will and is a good deal for a kid to start taking pictures with. It will fit in a very small pocket. The only problem. is it is so small and light you tend to forget where you put it. Don. **Q: Can the pictures be downloaded into a computer?** A: Not sure. We never got the camera to work. But the instructions are terrible, the settings are extremely difficult to navigate, and the picture quality is grainy. Definitely not 1080p as described. However, my 12 yo loves it, and operates it without issues.
