Seriously impressed
I was worried that this would be dangerous as it may slip whilst you're hanging. Here is why this is happening to some people (probably with ANY bar of this type, not necessarily this particular Vivo one):You need to rotate/screw it into place. Whichever way you install it be careful that you 'overscrew' it enough and test your weight. Depending on which way you've tightened it and which way you're facing when you hang, an underhand (chin-up) or overhand (pull-up) grip will loosen or tighten it about a quarter turn. but that's all. If you've had a fall when using this, you've simply not tightened it enough before hanging off it and then you've hung off it in a manner that 'unscrews' it a smidge. Also, make sure it's installed fairly horizontally; equal height on both sides.Once you've used it a few time you'll learn the tolerance of the doorframe. You may hear some slightly worrying wood crack noises the first couple of time you install this; no damage cosmetic or otherwise in my case. Obviously there is potential for damage if you close the door whilst it's installed but no different to any other similar product. The rubber ends are pretty thick and do a great job of gripping the doorframe and preventing damage to it. This thing is compact unlike other doorway pull up bars. It leans happily in the corner when not in use. It is marginally more inconvenient to put it up than the other types of bar, but it makes up for it in compactness and ease of storage. The best thing about this product, which other doorway pull up bars cannot match, is the adjustable height. Most of the time the large bars have to lean against the top of the doorframe. You can install this at any height, so once you've hit your max pull-ups you can lower it and go for inclined/one armed inclined pulls, then finally even lower and do aussie style. Obviously if you're shorter or taller this will all be useful too.The foam hand grips probably shouldn't move, but I've loosened mine to accommodate adjustment for wide and narrow grips. More customisability! You can't do neutral grip pull ups right? Unless you get a couple of towels/tea towels and hang them over the bar, gripping those instead. The concept of this thing is great and this particular Vivo one gets 6 stars from me.

High quality and heavy duty chin up bar.
The stoppers on either side of the bar are heavy duty and don't deform easily - this allows you to tighten the bar significantly and create a good firm bar to hang from. The foam grips are reasonably thick and adjustable. The bar also comes with an installable knob that you can drill and screw into your door frame before affixing the bar for further security. Overall a well thought out and quality product.

Major pain in the backside
I misplaced the screw-rubber part, and had to unscrew it. Unfortunately the screw head had been nearly obliterated and it took an age to get it out. I am not sure if the screws are made of poor material or my screwdriver is made of adamantium. After only using it for a week or two, it collapsed while in use. I had installed into my doorframe exactly as the instructions required. I only weigh 85kg or so.Needless to say, save yourself a lot of pain and get a better product, as you may land somewhere more sensitive than I did.

Good but wrong colour delivered
Quite happy except that I ordered black and got white! O well. Does the job.

Top quality
Debated which bar to purchase and eventually decided on this one.And glad I did , screwed the two lugs into the door frame , twisted the bar until tight and it's as solid as a rock.Holds my 80kg no problem!!

Very stable
Went up great in my wooden doorframe, didn’t even bother using the attachment and it holds my weight even for weighted pull-ups (have tested it up to 70kg including my body weight and it doesn’t slip). Very easy to tighten if it does come loose. Super happy with it.

Good quality
Door way chin ups, didn't like the foam handles.

Good quality/price ratio
Good quality/price ratio. Pull up bar seems sturdy, however needs a lots of strength to secure in place properly. Watch out where you put it or it might result in slightly damaging your doorframe.
