hello, im not so sure about that, from what i got. the black one is size 10kids and i got the 11 for the cars, its almost just the same size.

no the lights stay on, but it doesnt always light up, they stomp and lights are showing. but so far the light still havent died since we got it.

It’s according to the child’s shoe size, not by age. I recommend getting a kids shoe sizer to measure their feet.
