48 Hour Detox Cleanse Drink Fruity Flavor 32 oz 1 Pack

First of all, way to go on the shipping speed! I ordered it 7 days ago. If it was prime it would have arrived 5 days ago. Now it didn't say prime so I bought it anyway. Delievery was supposed to be between today july 10-16th. It arrived today! No notification of delivery either...so I get home and u got a surprise yay! Kuddos to you seller. Oh oh, and you get a freebie! Some spoon measurements which I can use for dressings! Now the product. This will be my second/third bottles. I'm still working on my first one and it's been two weeks now. I know it says 48hours starve yourself and drink only water and you'll loose what seems to be an avg of 8 lbs. Now that would be an easy job if I lived by myself. And this tastes like pineapple orange juice..very good! Yumm About myself, I'm about 5'5" and weight around 144. Im not overweight but there fat in places I wish didn't exist just like everyone else..Now my days, I can starve myself during the first 8 hours of my day since I'm busy at work anyway. But the last 8-10 hrs I can't control unless I isolate myself from everyone and lock myself in my room to sleep only. So here's what I did. I wake up between 1-3am each morning depending on my in-time. Next follows an 8-10hr shift. I do eat. ONCE A DAY. It says not to eat or drink anything but the juice and water. I eat anything as long as it's homemade. So while at work I won't eat anything just lots of water(1-1.5L) plus the juice if I'm feeling hungry. At first I thought it smelled like the paprika that other cleanses have to control hunger. Now I can't tell the difference. So by the time I get to go home I'm starving. I'll drink more water in my way home. Once home I'll have a plate of whatever's home with water. I don't eat past 6-7pm. Then I'm in bed by 8:30-9pm and my next day starts all over again. So I eat once a day and drink water+juice through out the day. Sometimes however. I'm SLEEPY in the mornings because it's too early..so what does one need? CAFFEINE! Which you're not supposed to drink lol..oops. Anyway, if I'm gonna use creamer I might as well get the fat free one. So I switch between that and green tea(celestial with the elephant shape) because it has caffeine. I now have been squeezing my first Bottle waitin for these two additional ones. I say I drink about 4-6oz a day of the juice + 1L water + one meal+ either tea/coffee. Overall, I have not starved myself now the my body has gotten used to not feeling fat all the time. I was told I been loosing weight today! That feels really good let me tell you! I am now at 140lbs..only 4 in two weeks you can say. But hey, I don't have that self control where I can starve for two days when all I see and smell is food at home..perks of moms cookings! I will continue to do this "diet" until I'm done with these two bottles and update my final weight ^-^ And btw, the cleansing part makes your body feel healthy somehow. Not heavy and like all you've eaten is greasy food..try it! Different diets work for different people. This one worked for me. Maybe later I'll go two days with no food on my last bottle..I hope.

I bought this to see if it could help me shed a few stubborn pounds. I followed the directions exactly: no solid foods, only water, plain tea, and plain coffee with no sugar or cream, as well as the juice itself. The taste isn't anything spectacular, it's like a tropical citrus drink from your school cafeteria. The fast wasn’t easy, but staying busy kept my mind off the hunger. I weighed myself before and after, and I lost 5 pounds over the 48 hours. I thought "yeah whatever, it's just water weight, it'll come right back." But six months later, after sticking to my usual exercise routine and no real changes to my diet, I haven’t gained the weight back. I’m pleasantly surprised and plan to buy it again.

This review is for my husband. I did not have the willpower to do it at all. He did & I'm sooo jealous of his results!!!! 💪 TASTE: It's a weak orange flavor with a bit of an after-taste to me. I sampled about 4 ounces then never tried it again because I have no willpower & I'm weak. 😜 My husband, on the other hand, liked the taste chilled and pre-mixed it in sports bottles by diluting with 50% water as advised at the beginning of day one. RESULTS: I lost no weight because I quit before even starting. My husband LOST 8lbs IN TWO DAYS! That was a week ago. Since then he's been in the sauna, eating healthier and lost another 2lbs without the juice. He plans to do another cycle of juice only this weekend. HE IS DOWN TEN POUNDS, but needs to lose 12 more to be his ideal weight. CHEATS: He even cheated by having black coffe both days and homemade chicken soup broth that he made from organic chicken & adding tomatoe & onion. He ate the broth only with a few slivers of the chicken, no chunks or skin. Shipping was fast. Recommend if you have willpower unlike me.

I decided to buy this to try it out and use it to jump-start a healthy eating/exercise plan. I started at 120 pounds. After the first day, I lost 2 pounds. The second day, I lost 2 more pounds. So, I got down to 116 and my stomach was very flat. I looked good! However, the first day I went back to eating real food (barely anything, by the way) I gained it all back. I decided to try again the next weekend. I didn't lose any weight at all. When I started eating again, I gained 10 pounds over the next two weeks. And it hasn't gone away!!! I think what happened is that this slowed down my metabolism to think that I was starving, and now my body is holding on to every calorie. I now weigh 130 pounds and am heavier than I have ever been in my life. I have fat hanging off my stomach and all of my clothes are tight. I have exercised heavily every day for a week, and eaten a sensible, low fat, low carb, low calorie diet. I haven't lost an ounce. SOO... I think this could give you a few pounds of weight loss on your wedding day or something, but it is NOT a good choice to jump-start a diet/exercise plan. It has totally sabotaged my plans. I read all bad reviews of this product on another site, but decided to take a chance on the good reviews here at Amazon. I really wish I hadn't.

Since it comes with two bottles I had 4 days of juicing. I am starting on day 4 (it's 8a.m.). My findings so far are: 1) It has a pleasant taste. Taste like any other juice. 2) It's not a "liquid laxative" for me. So, no running to the bathroom. No tummy cramps or issues like that. Please note- I don't eat meat and limit my "bad carbs" so, that may be the reason I don't have bathroom issues. 3) The 1st day of not eating food is always hard for me. But, I held strong and made it. By the 2nd day, I was fine with just the Juice and water -plenty of water (I added lemon to my water). I did eat an apple, it was a bad idea because I wanted another one. The hunger pains came back for about an hour. 4) I sip on the Juice throughout the day. That helped to stave off hunger, I believe. 5) I haven't drank alcohol but, I have had coffee. ** I'm only giving it 3 stars because of #6 6) I have only lost 3lb... So, after 3 days- NOT THE 10LB advertised in 2 days-. . . Because I'm only getting 400 calories, I'm destine to lose more weight. Anyone is going to lose weight with only 400 calorie diet.. I don't believe the Juice has anything to do with it. It's tasty and does help stave of hunger. The 3lb isn't fat, it's salt and other toxins I've flushed. . . . Once I start eating, I'll gain it all back. Conclusion: I feel this is a great way to get a JUMP START on a diet. It's easier than just a fast with water. I have read the reviews and see others have stated they lost 10lb in 2 days. That's amazon! Congratulations if you loss that much. I would love to know if they gained it all back. The bottle does say it's "TEMPORARY", my guess is everything lost comes right back with in a week or so.

Honest Review: sorry so long - FIRSTLY I lost 5.5 lbs total w/ in the First 48 lol. Wouldve liked it to be about 10+ but this was a nice little kick start. I think the amt of weight loss depends on the person/body. I rated 4, 4.5 only b/c i wish i couldve lost more. I got the Hollywood diet drink on a Tuesday- I started on a Wednesday. Yu get 2 bottles but only need 1 for 48 hrs & by day 2 my last/4th serving I only had enough for like 2 oz of the mix so I did 2 oz of that and still 4 oz of water. The taste is not bad at all in some ways I'd say it's actually good! There's a very small faint medicine like taste but it's not bad. It just taste like a juiced fruit really. So the 1st day actually wasn't bad I survived i think b/c I had wrk to distract me all day and when I got off I watched a movie part 1 & 2 that also had me glued & distracted after that I went to bed & woke up to do it again. Yu will have to pee ALOT no pooping first day. 2nd day was harder esp after wrk maybe it was all in my head b/c I knew it was my last day. But it had me thinking of all sorts of food even peanuts for dinner sounded scrumptious lol. I peed alot 2nd day and had 3 nice poops. Normally around lunch time i need a nap but these 2 days i felt refreshed when I woke up, even woke up earlier than usual and I am not a morning person I wait until the last min to roll over & clock in lol. Although yu mix 4 oz of water in every serving LOTS of water in btwn is a must to stay hydrated, full and not want to eat. Yu guys I ate NOTHING the whole 2 days as instructed. Yure spending basically almost 50 bucks & if yu want to get true results yu gotta do it as instructed. By 9 pm 2nd day I had a small headache & was praying to get slpy so I could go to bed and wake up to eat something. Prior to drinking this I had just started 30 days fruits, veggies, salads and water only & when the drink was over that's what i went bk to but I was able to appreciate the salads fruits & veggies more since I went without it lol I did not exercise or eat anything. I would do it again maybe once a month.

Let's be honest: A diet like this is intended for a certain market and a certain consumer. While you'll see short term results if you follow the instructions precisely, *keeping* those pounds mostly off is entirely up to you. Because the results are a bit dramatic, you should have all the impetus you need to keep on working to reach your goal, but if you spiral right back into bad habits there's not much this will be able to do for you. I've used this product on occasion probably about a dozen times over the years, and each time it's met my expectation. If you're sensitive to your metabolism or are taking metabolism-enhancing supplements, you surely know the basics and are probably best-positioned to monitor your own reaction to it. Thankfully, this is a fast but NOT a starvation diet. 400 calories can still be enough to keep your body going without triggering the starvation-slowdown which is counterproductive to weight loss. Use common sense and reduce your intake the day before starting this, and slowwwwly ease your way back into healthy regular foods after. (If you gorge on food as soon as the 48 hours are up, you'll simply gain it all back -- and probably then some.) This product works best when combined with metabolism enhancers (https://www.amazon.com/Burner-Weight-Applied-Nutrition-Softgels/dp/B01JGZBZX0/ works best for me, but YMMV) and at least moderate exercise (especially on the first evening). Just power through something (anything) while staying hydrated and mixing the beverage appropriately. If the hunger pains are too much on the second day, an occasional sip of a sugar-free energy beverage may help you keep going. (I use sugar-free Red Bull - open one can on the first day and slowly sip it here and there over the course of the diet.) If you've purchased the two-pack, consider trying to stay on it for a third day to help maximize your body's immune response (mostly-fasting helps reset this), then slowly add low-bulk and healthy items in on the final evening with the drink, and have a sensible breakfast in the morning. If you're taking other supplements *besides* fiber or colon cleanses, I suggest continuing them, however avoid fish oil on your first day to help get the best effect. Good luck!

This product always works for me, but I have to use it two weeks before an event. I think that because I’m in my mid-40s it just takes longer for my body to show the results. But I always go down to dress sizes after using the 48 hour miracle diet. I’m able to maintain this if I could stop eating like a teenage football player. SMH! I bet they thought I'd give a bad review. Well, I won't. I was very irritable as I am dieting and alone with UPS problems ordering this product was slightly inconvenient. If I had lived in the states this product goes for about 15.00-20.00/ bottle. I paid 60.00 for two. When the product finally arrived one bottle was cracked, they decided to refund partial which was disappointing because I really wanted both bottles but grateful I got something back. I really needed to start this my diet has plateaued and I needed to try something. I completed day one losing 4lbs but that was with no exercise , my hunger was there but manageable. Felt a little tired. Second day I had more energy did light exercise haven't weighed myself yet but I can see the difference in my gut. The flavour was okay, like orange juice but a little off. They handled my mood swings through email, very professional and accommodating. If the price goes back down will purchase in the future. You need to follow the instructions with getting all that water down in addition to the product . Overall, very satisfied.

Its taste is not bad, but I felt very much dizziness and anxiety, during those two days.

Works ok. Nothing spectacular.

Taste really good. Period. Don't waste your money.

Didn't work at all for me 😨
