Okay, so I am going to make this quick. I ordered this looking for a more hygienic way to irrigate and I was pleasantly surprised. The bottle is created so that the suction comes from the bottom of the bottle so there is no accidental backwashing. I used the nozzle connected to the shower hose and was very shocked to find it super efficient in the overall cleaning process. The only downside is that in the process of using the bulb some of the water leaked out. I am not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I recommend this enema.

I have to edit my review. Barely had this thing maybe over a month and when i was unscrewing it to fill with water the pieces all fell apart, like cracked broken. I tried to fix it but it is just a leaky frustrating mess now. It is way over designed and slapped together very poorly. I am so annoyed. Terrible product. Like how hard is it to make one of these simple and sturdy. Heres my original review-- It definitely works, and it is comfortable and the right sizd for me, but I have a couple issues with it. Firstly the outflow of water is so slow. It's good that it's not like power washer force, but it's too gentle for how u line my enema. Second is the hole at the tip you insert. It is just slightly concaved enough that it can get a little dirty and it doesn't rinse out easily. And the water flow coming out is not strong enough to "unclog" it. All in all though it works fine, doesn't leak and the backflow stopper works as intended. I feel like it was just a little "over designed"

Easy to use, friendly and good materials

I feel like it's not too much to ask for but I do feel it should be mentioned, the bottom area where the threads are to screw in and out the enima part (not the bulb, the other thing), it leaks... A LOT from there. I feel an easy fix to this would be to make that part also temperature resistant plastic like the area around it is. I'm not sure exactly why there's a need to have that area be fitted with loose rubber anyway when there's gonna be water flowing right through that area and then through the small holes on the enima part (again, not talking about the bulb, I mean the part you put inside of, y'know). Though yeah, it's a pretty easy redesign fix but other than that, the pressure is uh... I'm not too sure I wanna put it in just yet since I have it hooked to the shower and well, let's just say it's a VIOLENT pressure. I'll REALLY have to think about it. With that said though, I might tear up my insides if I use it and IT'LL CERTAINLY CLEAN in there while it's at it... might cause a bloody mess at the same time. GOOD THING IT'S IN THE SHOWER! Safe to say, pressure can be maybe... a little worked on too. One more thing. I noticed that the water is flowing from the top hole on the enima thing in two different streams. As if something on the inside is blocking some of the water. Other small holes are producing a stream of water just fine. Just the top hole seems to be having a flow issue. Hopefully that won't be too hard to look into either. All I'm gonna say to wrap this up is, a properly clean rear is a happy rear. If the possible fixes and issues I've mentioned help lead to a more loved product, I'll be quite cheerful.

Love this item. Good for my friend because he takes forever in the shower when he wants to scrub the lower decks. The bottle is pretty good size and the design disallows any flow back from coming back into the bottle which is ideal so doesn’t require extensive cleaning after every use. Also it allows the appropriate amount of water in so you don’t overflood your insides and squirts from four different places on the all sides so you get all the nooks and crannies. Only downside is that the bottle is difficult to squeeze the entire contents with one go and usually requires some vast reaching to squeeze to get the full effect. Overall nice product, would be much more effective if used with a partner or playmate. :). A nifty feature is the nozzle part can be removed and used with an enema hose in the shower offering a silicone tipped nozzle.
