Beautiful and useful
Perfect size for a dinner salad for one hungry person. A pre-packaged salad for one fills the bowl about 2/3 up. The bowl itself is thick and heavy and feels expensive. The wavy top adds interest without detracting from the functionality. It is a little wider than it is deep, which I was worried would be a problem when tossing greens, but it turns out not to be. The bowl is plenty deep enough. I love the look and feel of this bowl. It makes me want to eat more salads.

Very sturdy
I have been looking for new bowl especially for when I make a trifle, I gave the tall, footed one I had to my DIL, it was just too big for just myself and my husband and I hated the way the trifle collapsed after I took the first serving out This bowl is perfect!

Byer be ware!!!!!!
This bowl is MUCH SMALLER than appears in picture. not as wavy either. I would not purchase this again and only kept as not worth returning! Byer be ware

Don't buy!!
This is the second of these bowls that I have ordered and had chip due to the temperature changes in the dishwasher. Very disappointing, as it is a pretty bowl. But unless you want to hand wash it, forget about buying it.
